Meredythe has contributed to the Talent Acquisition and Retention, Training and Business Development success of a small business turned $36M organization. Meredythe is a James Madison University College of Business Board of Advisors member, Distinguished Young Professional Alumni nominee, National Gold Star Teacher Award recipient (2x), and experienced teacher. With an integrated teaching approach that blends cross-curricular learning strategies and real-world solutions, she equips students to develop beyond the classroom.

As a former elementary school principal for 16 years, she prioritized student achievement, making a lasting impact on students, educators, and the broader school community. With expertise in organizational leadership, community engagement, and relationship building, Jenni has worked closely with local communities and school districts to drive meaningful change. Passionate about fostering strong connections, she continues to shape the future as an adjunct professor and university supervisor at George Mason University.

Carson Kuhlman is a Fallon Enterprises Educational Coach with a passion for creating meaningful connections with students to develop valuable life skills and prepare for the real-world. She is a high school English teacher with Fairfax County Public Schools with experience teaching abroad in Switzerland and Africa. As a former Fallon Enterprises client, Carson delivers on our commitment to providing the high-quality and customized experience for each of our clients. Carson holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language Arts Education from Virginia Tech and is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Special Education K-12 Adapted Curriculum at George Mason University.

As an educator she has led students and athletes to success utilizing key attributes of the Portrait of a Graduate: communicator, collaborator, and goal-directed and resilient individual to drive their success. She has worked with countless students and athletes to reach their personal and team goals. Danielle holds a Masters degree from James Madison University and has been recognized as a Fairfax County Public Schools Teacher of the Year.
