BEHIND OUR MISSION

Sarah Dodson is a Fallon Enterprises Advisor with over 15 years of combined experience in operations, supply chain, and quality management, and higher education. She currently serves as a Lecturer of Management at James Madison University, where she teaches courses in business fundamentals,  entrepreneurship, and organizational behavior. She is passionate about community centered entrepreneurship and enjoys supporting founders whose ventures are built on collaboration and purpose.

Jodi Fox is a Fallon Enterprises Advisor with over 30 years of experience in education, product strategy, and entrepreneurship. A two-time EdTech founder, she currently serves as Program Manager at James Madison University's Gilliam Center for Entrepreneurship, where she tripled student incubator participation over 18 months. She remains dedicated to mentorship and ecosystem building, supporting entrepreneurs and young professionals in their careers.

Amy Balint is a Fallon Enterprises Advisor with 26 years of experience in education, serving most recently as a Northern Virginia high school assistant principal. She has also held instructional coach and math department chair roles where she was instrumental to the success of the school as a learning facilitator, data coach, and faculty mentor.  She strives to build capacity in teachers with a focus on best practices in instruction and collaborative teams.  She is a relationship builder passionate about helping students reach their full potential.

​Jenni Coakley is a Fallon Enterprises Advisor with over 35 years of experience in K-12 and post graduate education. As a former elementary school principal for 16 years, she prioritized student achievement, making a lasting impact on students, educators, and the broader school community. With expertise in organizational leadership, community engagement, and relationship building, Jenni has worked closely with local communities and school districts to drive meaningful change. Passionate about fostering strong connections, she continues to shape the future as an adjunct professor and university supervisor at George Mason University.  

Carson Kuhlman is a Fallon Enterprises Educational Coach with a passion for creating meaningful connections with students to develop valuable life skills and prepare for the real-world. She is a high school English teacher with Fairfax County Public Schools with experience teaching abroad in Switzerland and Africa. As a former Fallon Enterprises client, Carson delivers on our commitment to providing the high-quality and customized experience for each of our clients. Carson holds a Bachelor's Degree in English Language Arts Education from Virginia Tech and is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Special Education K-12 Adapted Curriculum at George Mason University.

​Danielle Barthold is a Fallon Enterprises Educational Coach with 13 years of experience in education and coaching. As an educator she has led students and athletes to success utilizing key attributes of the Portrait of a Graduate: communicator, collaborator, and goal-directed and resilient individual to drive their success. She has worked with countless students and athletes to reach their personal and team goals. Danielle holds a Masters degree from James Madison University and has been recognized as a Fairfax County Public Schools Teacher of the Year.

​Julia Weaver is a Fallon Enterprises Educational Coach with 10 years of experience in media production, including 5 years dedicated to student mentorship in the creative industry.  With a background in digital media strategy, curriculum development, and photo/video production, Julia has collaborated with higher education institutions, creative professionals, and large online communities to produce content that informs, inspires, and connects. ​Passionate about empowering students and early-career creatives through mentorship and storytelling, she continues to lead initiatives that blend education with creativity and purpose.
